Hello Spartan Relatives,

The Native American Student Organization is growing and hoping that you want to take full advantage of our campus future. If you have not heard, Assembly Member Ash Kalra and team showed up in support for our Inaugural Powwow with an award recognition in hand. Major stakeholders gave support for future events from NASO, such as the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the Office of Student Affairs; and did I mention the Indian community support from the American Indian Alliance and the Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley. Please consider joining the council and be a change agent of our long-standing relationship with the school and community. Look for our upcoming Google Form and take this time to ponder.

"...I see a time of Seven Generations when all the colors of mankind will gather under the Sacred Tree of Life and the whole Earth will become one circle again... " - Crazy Horse, Oglala Lakota Sioux (circa 1840-1877).

Best,
